CHARLIE HUEBNER

Charlie is a Managing Principal and co-founder of RCP. He is responsible for managing the Firm’s investment due diligence and portfolio management functions and is a member of the Investment Committee. He has been involved in the private equity industry for over 20 years.
Prior to founding RCP, Charlie was an Executive Vice President at Heller Financial, Inc., where he founded and managed the Capital Markets Group. He also served as Senior Managing Director at Heller Capital Management, the firm’s private equity investment business, where he oversaw a $500 million portfolio of middle market buyout limited partnership interests and direct investments. In addition, Charlie has extensive prior experience in leveraged finance through capital markets positions with Security Pacific Corporation and the Bank of New York.
Charlie received a BA in History and Economics and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a CFA charterholder.
