Investor Services Senior Associate
Chicago, IL – RCP is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join our Investor Services team. Execute day to day Investor Services responsibilities, assist the team Director with various responsibilities and review the work of junior team members while serving as a mentor.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with third party administrators to ensure LPs receive all correspondence and notices in a timely manner.
- Liaise with relevant departments in RCP to ensure all LP questions are answered by the appropriate person.
- Daily oversight of Associates and Analysts on the team to ensure RCP’s investors are getting the best service possible.
- Spearhead new initiatives that will increase effectiveness and efficiency on the Investor Services team.
- Prepare guides and checklists for investor services processes.
- Able and willing to cover desk of team members and take on workload overflows.
Requirements and Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years experience in investor services within the private equity industry
- BS/BA in business or a related field
- Experience with investor portal and accounting software (such as Investran or similar)
- Preferred previous experience working in or with fund administrators
