Investor Services Intern

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support investors services/fund administration team members in the collection, organization and archiving of data, and information used in the FIS/Investran investor database and DDX investor portal.
- Assist with outreach to limited partners on their accounts and access to the investor online portal. Complete DDX investor portal clean-up project.
- Perform general clean-up of existing CRM depository and data scrubbing.
- Attend internal firmwide meetings and team meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field, with a strong academic record and targeted graduation date in Summer 2027
- Passion for problem solving and willingness to dissect complex problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity, with an enthusiasm to learn about the private equity and alternative asset industries
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to work well on teams
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
