Stephanie is responsible for leading the Human Resources function of the Firm, which includes both setting and delivering the HR strategy, as well as managing day to day HR operations.
Prior to joining RCP, Stephanie worked in several Compliance and Human Resources positions, most recently serving as the People & Culture Director at Causey Demgen & Moore P.C. She received a BA in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s in Organizational Development from the University of Denver.
