Tommy is responsible for supporting the business development function of the Firm. This includes sourcing investment opportunities as well as overseeing the Firm’s fundraising efforts.
Prior to joining RCP, Tommy worked as a Senior Associate at Origin Investments, where he led capital raising and investor relations efforts across a range of private equity real estate strategies, including multifamily debt, equity, and private credit. Tommy received a BA in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
