 We strongly believe in upholding a culture where diversity is recognized, valued, and implemented. In February 2021, RCP became a signatory of ILPA’s Diversity in Action initiative. RCP’s goal in joining the initiative is to learn how to better promote diversity and inclusion from and with its peers in the investment community. Read More

Chicago Food Depository

RCP team members volunteered in a Repack session at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, which provides food to those facing hunger and food insecurity. RCP’s volunteers assisted in repacking 5,893 meals for the Chicago Community.
