 We strongly believe in upholding a culture where diversity is recognized, valued, and implemented. In February 2021, RCP became a signatory of ILPA’s Diversity in Action initiative. Cradles to Crayons

RCP team members volunteered at Cradles to Crayons, which provides children from birth through age 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive at home, at school, and at play. Cradles to Crayons provides these items free of charge by engaging and connecting communities.
